Customers may return any Delnor Tech product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price if they are not satisfied with the product.

 

Eligibility Requirements

• The return request must be made within 30 days of the delivery date.

• The item must be returned in good condition with all included components and packaging when possible.

• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days after the return is received.

Non-Returnable Situations
